We collect only procedure interest, preferred city, timeline, budget band, name, email, phone, country, consent and technical timestamps. Do not submit medical records, photos, diagnoses, symptoms or health history.

How this applies

Local review fixtures may use an explicitly injected restricted JSONL file. Approved production operation requires isolated Supabase storage before best-effort Formspree notification. A lead may be shared only with a matched clinic or facilitator approved under the documented five-gate review and covered by consent—not sold as a raw list or retroactively batch-sold. The privacy contact, controller identity, rights-request process, cross-border recipient terms and retention/deletion schedule remain configurable placeholders pending Jim and counsel approval; this page does not claim that those policies are finalized.
